Abstract

The researchers address the role of artificial intelligence in developing the performance of institutions and the opportunities and challenges they face, as it highlights how to improve administrative performance and make decisions efficiently using smart technologies. The researcher gives a comprehensive view of the impact of artificial intelligence on developing the performance of institutions in the digital transformation, as well as how to employ artificial intelligence in a number of institutions, and with reference to some smart applications.
